Terms of service

1. The service
IlmNafian provides learning games, practice questions, stories, progress reports and screen-time controls for preschool, kindergarten and primary-school children, managed by parents/guardians, teachers or schools.
2. Accounts
- Accounts may only be created by adults (18 or older) who are responsible for the children whose profiles they add.
- Teachers and schools confirm that they have obtained any permission required from parents/guardians under their school's policy.
- Keep your password, parent PIN and class codes confidential.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans are billed per period at the price shown at the time of purchase. The free trial can be used once per account.
- On the English site prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are charged in Indonesian rupiah; the exact rupiah amount is shown before you pay, and your bank or card issuer may convert it to your currency and charge its own fees.
- A subscription that is not renewed returns to the Free plan; your children's learning data is kept.
- Refund requests are handled case by case through Report a problem.
4. Not allowed
- Nicknames, comments or content that are rude, demeaning or bullying.
- Trying to access other accounts, disrupting the system or manipulating the leaderboard.
- Copying or reselling our questions and games without permission.
We may disable nicknames, hide comments, remove participants from the leaderboard or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Content
Questions and materials are written and reviewed by our team and teachers. If you find a mistake, use the report button; questions reported several times are hidden temporarily for review. Blog comments are open to members only and may be moderated.
6. Limitation of liability
IlmNafian is a learning aid and does not replace guidance from parents or teachers. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the app or by email.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
